How does the Go Photo Booth work?
Go Photo Booth is extremely user friendly for guests at your event. Guests simply step into the booth and follow the prompts on the touch screen. It’s really this simple: Touch, Smile, Print, Share.

What do I need to know about photo booths while considering a rental for my event?
Obviously, not all photo booths are the same. Make sure you ask to see photos of both the exterior of the booth and actual prints from any company you are considering. Many companies (but not Go Photo Booth!) have outdated imaging or print technology, poor lighting, and a black, boxy exterior that uses flimsy pipes to hold up a curtain backdrop. The last thing you want the day of your event is a disappointing surprise from your photo booth entertainment.

Behind the scenes, the Go Photo Booth is a compact photography studio to go that delivers beautiful photo prints via its eighteen megapixel Canon camera, professional lighting, choice of backgrounds, and high-tech dye-sublimation printer. Our goal is to set the standard for Photo Booth Rentals in the state of Colorado and beyond.

What if the booth has a problem during the event?
Go Photo Booth exceeds industry standards by backing up all of its electronics on site. If lightning does strike, and there is a problem, Go Photo Booth will be back up and running ASAP!! It is just one more common sense and professional service feature that gives our clients extra peace of mind during their special event!

Where is the Go Photo Booth service area?
From the Front Range to Grand Junction, Aspen, Vail, Summit, Steamboat and everything in between.

Are there delivery fees?  
If you are located outside of Colorado or in the extreme north or south of the state there will be a delivery charge based on mileage. Please contact us to receive an accurate quote.

What time do you arrive to setup?
Go Photo Booth will be ready for your event 1/2 hour prior to commencement of operation. If more time is needed in advance of your event start idle time is available for 75/hr.

Does Go Photo Booth require a deposit to rent a photo booth?
A $500 deposit is required as a retainer.  If a reservation needs to be cancelled for any reason, your deposit is refundable up to 45 days before the event date.

Are there any hidden fees?
No. The pricing is the final price.  Please see our Pricing page for more information.

How much space will the Go Photo Booth require and will it fit in our location?
To be on the safe side, the Booth requires 7 ft. (long) x 6 ft. (deep) x 7 ft 10″ (high) of space, and can easily fit through tight hallways and doorways.

What does the Go Photo Booth need in terms of electricity?
The Go Photo Booth requires 1 normal 110v outlet.

Can the Go Photo Booth be operated outside?
Maybe.  Due to the sensitive electronics and unpredictable Colorado weather, we cannot operate the booth outside without shelter.  If your event can provide shelter (party tent) then we can provide the booth.

How many people can fit inside the booth?
Go Photo Booth can easily accommodate six adults, but we have had up to twelve adults in one photo!

How long does it take for photos to be posted online?  Can they be password protected for private viewing?
When you rent a photo booth from Go Photo Booth, your online gallery is posted within 48 hours of the event.  Galleries can be protected upon request for private viewing.

When will I receive my scrapbook?
We know you will be busy on the day of your special event.  To give you one less thing to worry about, Go Photo Booth will send your scrapbook via Priority Mail with a tracking number within 3 business days of your event.

Can the color of the background be chosen?
Yes, we carry many different backgrounds to choose from, but only one background color can be chosen per event.

What does a “greenscreen” background mean?
A greenscreen background simply means that you can choose any unique background you want to fit the theme of your party.  The background is green, but our advanced electronics automatically add your background choice in the final output print.

Can I change the layout and format of the prints?
Yes, Go Photo Booth will work with you to customize your photo prints.  We currently have two great print layouts available.

Do I have to worry about my guests staining their hands from the photo ink?
No.  Our professional printer uses a technique called dye-sublimation which locks in the colors, avoids smudging, and will leave your guests with amazingly vivid prints that will last for decades.

Can the Go Photo Booth exterior be custom wrapped?
Yes, the Go Photo Booth can be personalized with a custom wrap to truly make the booth your own.  Contact us for more information and pricing.

Does an attendant come with the photo booth rental?
Yes, all of our photo booth rentals come with a full time attendant who will take care of everything that the Go Photo Booth and your guests need to maximize the fun!

Is there a limit to the number of photographs that can be taken?
When you  rent a photo booth from us, we provide unlimited prints for the duration of your event.
